We currently looking for a few people that are available now. Working on the helpdesk, you will be answering questions regarding the operation, configuration and usage of products for this client. You will be working to meet customer service levels and will be managed against appropriate KPIs including first call fix. You must have relevant help desk desperience as well as a good working*troubleshooting knowledge of Outlook. Strong technical experience of Microsoft products in a large environment is also required. This contract will be up until the end of November, with possible extension available.
